How booking works

Booking forms let customers ask you for work whenever it suits them, not just during business hours. Here's how a request reaches you and what happens next.

A booking form lets a customer request work from you online. They fill in a short form on the web, and it lands in HiTradies as a booking request for you to follow up. It's a way to win new work without playing phone tag.

How it works

1. Create a booking form once, and choose what it asks for. See Create a booking form.
2. Share it as a link, or embed it on your own website. See Share your booking form.
3. A customer fills it in. See what your customer sees. Their answers arrive as a booking request.
4. Review the request. Then turn it into a quote, or save the person as a client. From there you carry on with your usual quote → job → invoice flow.
