Share your booking form

Once your form is set up, put it where customers will find it.

Once you've created a form and made it active, there are two ways to get it in front of customers.

HiTradies hosts a booking page for your business at its own web address — your default booking form shown on a page with your logo, details and the form.

Share that link anywhere you'd point a customer:

  • in your email signature
  • on your social media profiles
  • in a text when someone asks for a quote
  • on a business card or flyer (as a short link or QR code)

Anyone who opens it can request work without needing a HiTradies account — see What your customer sees.

Embedded on your website

If you have your own website, you can embed a booking form directly in one of your pages, so customers book without leaving your site.

Embedding uses a small piece of code from the form's settings that your web person (or website builder) drops into your page. Once it's in, the form appears as part of your site.

Which form shows where

  • The hosted page always shows your default form. Change the default from the Booking Forms list (⋯ → Set as default) if you want a different one there.
  • Embedded forms are chosen individually when you embed them, so you can put different forms on different pages.

How you'll know it's working

When a customer submits either one, it arrives as a booking request — you'll see the count go up on Requests in the sidebar. See Manage booking requests.
